Step One
go through them and rip out the pages you would like to keep
Make you're many hole punches into each page
Or put pages in a file without holes
Make sure to align them all at the same space on the punch so they are all even once placed into the binder
Insert each page into a sheet protector, remembering to utilize both sides of each sheet protector. Now, you can categorize them into groups (i.e. desserts, meals, salads, etc.)
This really saves space and makes it easy to look for what you want and need
